WireCo WorldGroup will continue to partner with Premier Worksite Solutions, LLC (PWS) to enhance appreciation, understanding, and value of benefits offered by WireCo This is accomplished by providing a personalized individual enrollment consultation as a new hire and during the Open Enrollment period

What should I do if I want to make changes?
If you wish to make changes, review your benefit options then visit wwwcalendlycom/wireco-benefit-enrollment or reach out to their local HR contact to schedule a time to enroll in 2021 benefits.
During the scheduled appointment time, a PWS Benefit Counselor will walk you through your benefit options, discuss in detail any questions you may have, and enroll you in 2021 benefits.
What if I don’t want to make any changes?
If you do not wish to make any election changes for 2021, no further action is required. You will automatically be re-enrolled in benefits you currently have for 2021.
How do I enroll in the FSA and HSA?
If you wish to participate in the 2021 FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) YOU MUST schedule an appointment with a PWS Benefits Counselor to re-elect FSA and HSA annual amounts for 2021. To schedule an appointment with a PWS Benefits Counselor, CLICK HERE.
To be prepared for the consultation, associates should have the following handy for the call:
- Associate benefits guide
- If enrolling dependents, their birthdates and Social Security numbers
- Any questions regarding the benefit offerings
During the Open Enrollment period, the call center will expect higher than normal call volumes and longer wait times Therefore, anyone wishing to make enrollment changes must schedule a time for a PWS Benefit Counselor to call you.
